Don’t use the tap to pay unless you want to get charged for the most expensive wash. Signage offers two options - one for $3.50 and a longer time option for $5.50. I have a small car and usually plug the machine with quarters for the cheaper. I noticed they’d installed tap to pay by card machines. I tapped once for cheaper yet I was charged for the most expensive. The tap to pay is a scam. Use your quarters instead to avoid getting ripped off. I tried calling the phone and it’s an invalid number. Go somewhere else.

Bad experience here. I went yesterday, April 5, 2026. The machines that change dollars into quarters were both empty. I had the option to tap and pay with credit card. The signs posted clearly stated two choices $3.25 for five minutes or $5.50 for eight minutes. However, I saw no way to choose between the two. Looking at the photos I took… I now see you have a choice of $3.25 IF you have quarters or $5.50 for “tap to pay”. Either way it’s not clearly stated if you need a few more minutes, and you use tap to pay, it looks like you have to do an entire $5.50 more. I figured I would use the entire $5.50 so I went ahead and tapped. I had time to soap the car, use foam brush on the hubcaps, and rinse. At that point my time ran out. I assumed had the $3.25 wash. I checked my bank account because I really needed to do more - but I had no idea what I was being charged. $10 had already been withdrawn. I assumed it would adjust accordingly by the next day in bank acct. However $10 has been clearly taken from my bank account for a short $3.25 wash. There is no contact information for this place. Moving forward, I will drive the few extra miles to Bubble Brush in Woodstock. I’ve been going the

Love this place bc its the only one with heated water. Been coming here for 20yrs. The owner is a real nice guy and has always made things right if you have an issue

I have been coming here for about 15-20 years and have never had issues until today when the machine ate my money and the number was disconnected.

I spent 3$ here on two different machines to use the carpet shampooer and neither of the machines work and no one answers the phones or even calls back..I feel like I was taken advantage of and that they were false advertising a carpet shampooer but no shampoo...that is bad buisness and needs to be reported! At least a sign saying out of order and to make it right I should be reimbursed my 3$ so I can go use it to shampoo my car elsewhere.
